For first time clients I highly recommend booking a 15 min Complimentary Consultation so we can go over any questions you may have before diving into your little one’s healing journey.
KIDS
Is your child a bright and sensitive soul that struggles at times to navigate their world?
Infants to 12 yrs old- 20 min Session- Help your child unwind and breathe for a bit from the stresses of living in these crazy times. They can spend their 20 mins sitting quietly and breathing, coloring, journaling, playing with legos, playing in the backyard, taking a nap, the possibilities are endless. (Please refrain from any screen time.)
In this session, your little one will receive a 20 minute energy healing: energy cleanse, recharge, alignment, protective shield and grounding. Along with their reiki session they will also receive 2 card pulls and a brief message from Spirit to assist them on their current journey (audio). Please be advised as their grownup, you will be my point person to get their music to them that they will be listening to during our session (if applicable). All pictures of their cards and crystal lay out will be sent to you as well.

MOMMY/DADDY, & ME
The bond between child and parent/guardian is a sacred one.
Newborn to 3yrs Old- 30 min Session
These sessions are one of my favorites to do! The energetic bond/cord between child and their guardian is so important and can often be clouded or a little muddied due to every day stresses. Whether you are still focusing on skin to skin bonding with your infant or drowning in toy trains and legos with your toddler, our work together will continue to keep your energetic connection clear and strong. During this session my Spiritual team along with yours and your little one’s will work together on clearing, shielding and recharging both of your personal energy body. When working with the kids in particular, I am always sure to call in the Angelic realm, surrounding them with the highest and purest vibrations.
You two may choose to spend these 30 mins however you would like.
Some ideas:
-Nap/rest together (or at least at the same time)
-Little one naps, grownup soaks in the tub for some zen time
-Spend the session nursing or bottle time (if applicable)
-Cuddle up together with stories
-Color together
-Build with blocks, legos or do puzzles
-Not in the mood for quiet time? Play music and have a dance party
-Bake cookies together
-If they are at day care or preschool set the appointment during their scheduled quiet time and you can spend that same time meditating, reading, writing, sitting in the backyard or by a window listening to nature
*As long as this time is spent as Self-Care for the both of you and preferably not playing on your phone, iPad, watching TV, etc then you'll be golden
