With an open heart, an open mind, and your permission of course, you will be guided through a visualization of a 5 step process to tend to your energetic self care- Grounding your energy, Protecting your energy, Clearing your energy of your own lower vibrations, Clearing your energy of everyone else's energy, and Calling yourself back home- while also receiving Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy). You will always have the option to not receive reiki and still experience the clearing process of your own doing. Whatever feels best for you in the moment.
