Hello Loves!

October... here we are. The Equinox has come and gone and suddenly (in the Northern Hemisphere) there is a crisp chill in the air. The leaves are quickly changing color preparing to fall from their branches, and pumpkin spice everything is everywhere you turn. Autumn, a time of home and hearth. Sweaters and warm drinks. Bye bye sunscreen, cold drinks and floating down the river on an inner tube; hello cuddled up on the porch in a soft cozy blanket with tea and a book in hand. A natural time in the calendar to begin to turn inward and take a look at home. The home that houses you, the home through relationships that surround you in your every day, the home in your physical vessel... how are you honoring 'home'?

Eclipse season is gearing up and we will likely be experiencing some major shake ups, changes in stories, big close outs and endings as well as brand new beginnings. All at once! Lot's of overlapping energies. It's rarely an easy time but do your best to trust in the journey. The Universe is wiping away toxic foundations and making room for the healthy new gifts to come so try your best to observe the beauty in the endings of cycles; just like we do the beauty of fall leaves changing colors, dying and falling off of their trees. We know that seasons bring change in scenery and weather, and we are constantly being reminded that we can't control Mother Nature. Life, death, rebirth. Cycles cycles cycles. Be kind to yourself, do your best to surrender and not resist, and as you lovingly part ways with things that no longer serve you, keep that smile on your face with love and gratitude for the amazing new beginnings that are to come.
