Utilizing our connection with the Divine, we dig deep into your personal story, locate the root of your issue, and tend to it with unconditional love, compassion, non-judgement and light. We will assist you in activating your natural gifts, and taking your power back as you break through your barriers to find your own light at the end of the tunnel. Our mission is to help heal this world one soul at a time.

Vanessa Hernandez is a spiritual healer, Reiki Master, and intuitive guide dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner truth and healing potential. Her journey into the healing arts began during a transformative trip to Hawaii in 2001, where she experienced her first spiritual activations. This awakening led her to embrace her ancestral lineage of healers from Nicaragua, El Salvador, and the Mayan Pipiles tribe, and to found Lava to Stone—a sanctuary for those seeking spiritual growth and transformation.
At Lava to Stone, Vanessa offers a range of services including energy healing utilizing Reiki and Shamanic Healing practices, mentoring and intuitive readings. She is deeply clairvoyant, clairaudient, and claircognizant, channeling messages from higher realms to support her clients' journeys. Vanessa also leads the Awakening Zen Den & Star Child mentoring programs, designed to help individuals of all ages develop their intuitive abilities and deepen their spiritual practices.
Currently based in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Vanessa continues to share her gifts through one-on-one sessions, group classes, and collaborations with wellness centers and resorts including The Lodge at Woodloch. Her approach is grounded in love, authenticity, and a deep commitment to guiding others toward their highest potential.
