Whether we work together every other week or you drop in to say hey when you could use a little extra guidance and healing, together we will bring some fantastic changes to your current time line. Every session we dive deeper and deeper into your healing and transformational journey.
In the Awakening Zen Den we will work one on one in a supportive environment where there is only love and no judgement. Here you can speak freely of your own magical experiences no matter how weird or bizarre they may seem to you, and we can explore different ways to work with them! Lead by our Spiritual Teams of the highest frequency, we will help you enhance, utilize, engage, and interact with your own natural gifts.
Each session is channeled and tailored to your specific needs; you will receive an energy healing. Sessions may include (but are certainly not limited to):
-Shadow Work: Facing your wounds and fears head on to clear out and make room to bring in a life of abundance
-Energetic Shielding, Clearing and Grounding Techniques
-Guided Meditations to meet your Spiritual Team
-Inner Child Healing
-Expand on any creative gifts you may have by learning how to access the creative flow
-Learn to clear your own energetic body
-Learn about and connect with your own personal crystals in a new and unique way

Consider adding a 20 min Reiki Shamanic Healing Session to one of the weeks after your mentoring session. (To book your Reiki Shamanic Healing Session click here) The deeper you go, the more you heal resulting in the continuous expansion and growth. Healing and expansion does not happen overnight, it’s a process. And with this process comes homework. You can apply any homework received during your mentoring session to the 20 min Reiki Shamanic Healing Session. By committing to this schedule you allow the energy and momentum to continue coursing through you from week to week as well as receive assistance in integrating your work into your energetic system. The shifts and changes are drastic and so incredible to witness, but you must be willing to dedicate time and energy to your own personal journey. I cannot do this work for you, but I can guide you and help keep your energy aligned and in a higher vibration. To sustain the work accomplished in the Awakening Zen Den and your Reiki Shamanic Healing Sessions, will require your own personal commitment to yourself.
