What is an Energy Vortex? It's a specific point on the earth where concentrated energy is swirling either into the earth (Feminine) or projecting out of the earth's plane (masculine). These are known to be extremely healing. It gives the visitor the exact healing it needs to balance their systems out. (Every person and experience is unique, just like we are, like like our individual journeys are... I was so not prepared for mine! Lol)

As you saw in the video right before this I found myself taking in the energy of the vortex at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ. I had just done some of the biggest collective energy healing/clearing I'd ever been assigned to do in Las Vegas two nights before and I was desperate for the healing energy of Sedona to wrap me in its arms to take care of me... and boy did she ever.

I had transmuted and cleared a ton of lower vibrational energy Friday March 25th, (an experience I will never forget and likely never find the words to describe) but in the process some of the energy coursing through me got caught in my system. After about an hour in the masculine vortex (projecting up and out) I spent the entire night into the morning having everything within me physically flush it's way up and out of my system. It's was rough. It was powerful. It's was awful to go through. But by the following night I magically completed a 9 hour drive to Ojo Caliente in New Mexico and after only 15 mins in the mineral pools I felt as though I was born again. I was rejuvenated and replenished after my severe deep cleanse. The shifts that happened within me within and after that weekend completely changed my life. ✨

Healing is not always pretty or fun to go through but it is oh so worth it!
